Introduction
With large shipment of new single-phase 6-10K UPS and increasing marketing of new three-phase 10K and 20K UPS, backup battery pack in UPS is often required to supply reliable energy and thereby quick recharging battery pack is critical in some areas with poor-quality power energy (e.g. remote mountainous area in China and Africa), and so the built-in charger alone in UPS cannot meet the needs of customers. To address customers' problems in recharging, INVT Power introduces a 24A recharger for 6-20K UPS, which is in compact sizes (190*427*338mm), but presents larger recharging current (up to 24A), and is able to recharge battery in parallel operation of multiple units without extra connection and setting, and will essentially meet customers' demand for quick recharging. This product is applicable to a wide range of sectors, such as telecommunication, finance, government, education, manufacturing, logistics and commerce.
1.Ultra-wide range of input voltage between 110-270 VAC.
2.Unique digital charging design allowing setting of charging current and voltage in up to 16~20 batteries.
3.Intelligent 3-stage charging technology, greatly improving operating efficiency and service life of battery.
4.Maximum charging current up to 24A and combined use with UPS to quickly recharge ultra-extensive backup battery pack.
5.Integrated LCD + LED display system indicating case operating state, visual setting of recharging current and voltage with keypads.
6.Intelligent fan control for automatic speed adjustment based on recharging current to minimize power consumption and noise level.
7.RS232 and USB port in standard configuration.
Recharger Settings
Two setting approaches are available in this recharger. One approach is to use LCD on recharger, as stated below.
1.1 Long press ENTER and FUNC keys for 2.5 seconds to enter setting page, and then press FUNC to enter password input page, and enter password "233".
1.2 Press ENTER to confirm and enter recharging voltage setting page, and press FUNC to set the voltage to 192 Vdc (for 16 12V batteries) or to 240 Vdc (for 20 12V batteries).
1.3 Press ENTER to confirm and enter recharging current setting page, and press FUNC to set the current to 1~24A, and then press ENTER for three times to confirm the setting and exit.
The other approach is to use specific background software in recharger, as shown below.
2.1 By using the background software, you can set number of batteries to use, battery capacity (in AH), recharging current limit, and even-floating recharging voltage, and confirm them by pressing the button Set.
