INVT Develop Links with Nepal under Silk Road Plan

The Belt and Road Initiative has paved the way for new opportunities for Nepal to realize its dream of development and economic prosperity, which also has brought huge opportunities in various fields including trade, infrastructure construction, connection and more. In together with Going Global Strategy, INVT, which makes good advantage of leading-edge technology and reliable product, has been promoting brand recognition of Chinese companies all over the world and selling in Nepal.
After more than 10 years development, the sale revenue of INVT in Nepal market has been increased by 10 times, witnessing an increasing trend in the upcoming years under the Going Global Strategy and Silk Road Plan.
Application of INVT GD100-PV inverter in Gurkha, Nepal
Almost half of the energy produced around the world is used to operate pumps. However, the insufficient resources and the climate change have drawn public attention, putting the utilization of sustainable energy on the spotlight in the fight against climate change and moving closer to decarbonization.
In a mountainous and remote village in Gorkha District, Nepal, owing to the inconvenient transportation and rough road, the supply of water resources is insufficient, which pose a problem for local residents to receive the necessary amount of water for irrigation, livestock and more. However, the problem has been largely solved, after using INVT GD100-PV solar water pump inverter.
In a local government support project, our local customer has purchased GD100-PV inverters includes 18.5kW and 5.5Kw, to support irrigation, fish farming and agriculture and to ensure water supply in Gorkha District.
Solar pump drive harnesses sun’s energy to maximize pump delivery. Due to the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) and its excellent control to maximize the performance of pump, the system meets the requirement of the customers after commissioning, achieving the goal of saving energy costs, maximizing productivity, reducing operational risk so as to ensure the daily supply of water.
The Story Behind the cooperation
In the last month, April 2018, it was the first time for our regional sale representative Puck went to Nepal for a business trip. This time, Puck went to a field application in Gorkha with our local partner, where is almost 200 Km away from Kathmandu.
“The journey was relatively rough, and we have driven on rugged mountain roads at the speed of 40km/h. It took us almost 8 hours to arrive at Gorkha District. In the next day, we tramped over mountains and through ravines by bus for 4 hours at the speed of 15km/h. After more than an hour’s walking, we finally arrived at the village.” said Puck. Working in an unusual environment is no one's ideal situation. Even though the working environment is not as easy as usual, our sales representative and technical engineer in together with our local partner to overcome difficulties and to share hardship to demonstrate core values of INVT, which is work together and keep improving.
