1. What kind of load is more suitable for UPS?


UPS is designed according to inductive load, so it is its duty to carry inductive load. Generally, the capacitor connected in parallel at the output of the UPS inverter plays a filtering role on the one hand, and on the other hand, it cancels the inductance component in the load.


If the load is capacitive, how can capacitors be used to offset the capacitive components? It can only increase the output capacitive components, and the current of these capacitive components must be provided by the inverter to reduce the active components output by the inverter. 4. Why is the UPS capacity expressed in VA?


The unit of active power is Watt (W), and the unit of reactive power is Var. Generally, the capacity of UPS is expressed by apparent power. Since apparent power contains both active power and reactive power, it can neither be called W nor var. Since the apparent power is volts (V) and amperes (A), simply called VA.


5. Is there lightning protection on the UPS?


UPS can be equipped with optional input C-level lightning protection, and it has two methods: one is lightning protection with the priority of protecting the load.
